Whether it be a new home design, a new lease space or maybe it's time to renovate an existing lease space. After multiple coffee refills, a thorough discussion & messy note taking, we ensure the right path is taken to help achieve the project vision.
Idealizing & space planning - our favorite part of the process. Here we put pen to paper and strum up preliminary designs & layouts. Making sure every inch of space is married with functionality & style. Ensuring all building codes are met, matched with a stylish & timeless design, we will provide a proposed design concept, preliminary drawings & elevations for client & or landlord approvals.
With finalized construction drawings & design in place, you are ready for building permits & any required landlord approvals. With a builder or general contractor of your choosing, we will work closely with them to ensure all building requirements & design goals are implemented.
